BIO: This is Coach Paula's 5th year coaching for the Mountain Top Jr Comets. Her current occupation is an administrative assistant. She is also the head of the cheerleading for the Wyoming Valley Youth Football & Cheer League and the cheer coordinator for the Moutain Top Jr Comets. The best part about coaching cheer for Coach Paula is when she pushes the girls to do something, and they pull it off is so amazing to her. The excitement and pride she has for her cheerleaders is beyond worlds. She also enjoys watching the girls grow as cheerleaders, individuals and teammates. Coach Paula would like to thank you all the parents for allowing her to coach your daughters. It’s an honor that she loves every minute of. Coach Paula also coaches her daughter, Vivica (11) who is equally, if not more, passionate about cheerleading.

BIO: Coach Lisa graduate from Misericordia with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree and is currently a Teacher. This will be her 2nd year coaching with the Mountain Top Jr Comets and the favortie part about coaching cheerleading is the feeling of family with the community this experience gives her.

HIGH SCHOOL: Pittston Area High School

BIO: This is Coach Sarah's 3rd year coaching for the Mountain Top Jr Comets. She was a member of the soccer and volleyball teams in high school. She has her Doctorate of Nursing Practice as a Nurse Practitionerand is a current nurse practitioner. The favorite part about coaching cheer for Coach Sarah is helping the athletes achieve certain goals or skills and watching their development over the previous seasons. She absolutely adores working with the girls and helping them unlock their potential, develop their skills and accomplish the goals that they set for themselves. Each season her ultimate goal with the Jr. Comets is to help instill confidence in the athletes while helping them overcome any hurdles in front of them, both on and off the field. Coach Sarah has two daughters involved in the Jr. Comets: Addison (11U cheer) and Nora (6U cheer) and an amazing husband, Simon, that coaches for the 8U football team.

Randi Nochumson

UNDERGRADUATE: William Paterson University
BIO: This is Coach Randi's 2nd year coaching for the Mountain Top Jr Comets. She was a member of her cheerleading team in high school and then went on to receive her MSN and post master's certificate as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. While in college Coach Randi was also a member of the cheerleading team. She is currently a registered nurse and believes the best part about coaching cheer is spending time with the girls and watching their excitement, joy, and growth over the course of the season. She is also committed to providing a positive environment for them to be in and my most important goal for them is to learn, grow, and also have fun.
